About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Engineer with expertise in AI automation, workflow development, and
communication handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation systems using
modern AI and no-code/low-code tools while ensuring smooth operational and client communication processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage AI-powered automation workflows using n8n and Make.com.
- Build intelligent process automations for business operations, lead management, reporting, and task execution.
- Integrate APIs, third-party tools, CRMs, and AI services into automated systems.
- Write and optimize scripts using Python for automation, data processing, and AI-related tasks.
- Handle internal and external communication workflows efficiently.
- Coordinate with teams and clients for requirement gathering and automation implementation.
- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow issues.
- Work on AI integrations such as chatbots, AI agents, prompt workflows, and productivity systems.
- Maintain proper documentation of workflows, automations, and system processes.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with n8n and Make.com.
- Good knowledge of Python scripting and automation.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI APIs, chatbots, or AI agents.
- Knowledge of workflow optimization and business process automation.
- Familiarity with databases, Google Workspace automation, or CRM integrations.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployment.
