We are looking for hardworking and reliable Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team at our 3‑star hotel in Kottayam.
The role involves maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-presented guest rooms to ensure a comfortable stay and positive guest experience. Housekeeping staff play a key role in the daily operation and reputation of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and floors
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all room surfaces
- Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, drinking water, and supplies
- Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas
- Check rooms for any damage or maintenance issues and report immediately
- Maintain housekeeping carts and ensure proper use of cleaning materials
- Follow safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures at all times
- Respond politely to guest requests (extra towels, cleaning requests, etc.)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum basic education (10th or above preferred)
- Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred, but freshers can apply
- Basic understanding of cleaning and hygiene practices
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks
- Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors

- Attention to detail
- Time management (ability to clean 10–15 rooms per shift)
- Friendly and service-oriented behavior
- Experience in hotels is an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
