We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance ,Accounting& Statitics Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Research
- Conduct research on finance, accounting, taxation, banking, and investment topics.
- Analyze financial reports and business performance metrics.
- Prepare summaries of economic and financial trends.
- Accounting Support
- Assist in bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Support invoice tracking, expense monitoring, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain financial documentation and compliance records.
- Business Documentation
- Prepare reports, SOPs, policies, process documents, and business proposals.
- Create investor-facing and management-facing documents.
- Draft operational and financial process manuals.
- Problem Solving & Analysis
- Solve finance, accounting, and business-related case studies.
- Perform financial calculations and scenario analysis.
- Support management in making data-driven decisions.
- Data Management
- Maintain spreadsheets and financial trackers.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel and AI tools.
- Generate periodic performance reports.
- AI-Assisted Research
- Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools for research and document preparation.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business & Financial Research Associate (Intern / Full Time)
- (MBA in Finance & BTech in CSE/ECE)
