We are hiring a full-time, on-site SEO Intern to join our team, earn a stipend, and receive daily, hands-on training from experienced professionals. You will skip the theoretical fluff and immediately start working on live projects, gaining the practical knowledge that agencies actually look for.

The Role & Your Daily Training
You won't be left to figure things out on your own. You will work alongside our strategy team in the office, receiving day-to-day guidance on how to optimize websites from the ground up. As you learn, you will directly apply those skills to our workflows.
What you will execute and learn:
- The Mechanics of SEO: Understanding exactly how search algorithms evaluate, crawl, and rank websites.
- Hands-On Website Optimization: Step-by-step application of on-page optimization, content structuring, and metadata creation.
- Technical SEO: Identifying and fixing technical bottlenecks that prevent websites from ranking.
- Keyword Strategy: Researching high-value search terms and mapping them effectively to drive qualified traffic.
- Agency Workflows: Navigating industry-standard tools used by professional marketing teams.
Strict Requirements & Qualifications
Because we invest heavily in daily, one-on-one training for our interns, we are looking for dedicated candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 1-Year Commitment: In exchange for the paid, intensive training provided, we require a strict one-year commitment to working with The Ocean Marketing.
