About the Role
We are looking for a Service Head to lead our after-sales service operations across India. The role covers managing our service network, ensuring timely doorstep service under warranty commitments, and driving customer satisfaction for our gas stove and kitchen appliance range.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end after-sales service operations including installations, repairs, and warranty claims
- Build and manage a network of service technicians and third-party service partners across regions
- Ensure TAT compliance for doorstep service requests and escalations
- Handle warranty registration, claim verification, and spare parts inventory planning
- Monitor service quality metrics (TAT, first-time fix rate, customer ratings) and drive improvements
- Manage customer escalations from Amazon, other marketplaces, and direct channels
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams on recurring product issues and feedback
- Prepare monthly service MIS and cost reports for management
Requirements
- 5–8 years in after-sales service, with at least 2 years in a team lead / managerial role
- Experience in gas stoves, kitchen appliances, or consumer durables strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of service network management and spare parts planning
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
