Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of world-class systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues, interprets their needs, and designs appropriate solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, addressing client concerns promptly, and collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold service excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Document and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Strong skills in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience in backup and recovery strategies for database systems.
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database security and access controls.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of database replication and high availability solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
