Experience: 3+ Years of experience as Technical Support Engineer

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Should have at least 3+ years of experience working as Technical Support Engineer.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Responding within agreed time limit to call-outs.
Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Excellent communication skills.
