RESPONSIBILITIES
Housekeeping Services
- Overall service delivery assessment of HK vendor.
- Coordination meetings with vendor for resolution of service issues.
- Invoice verification before processing.
- Providing support in preparation of annual budget.
- Preparation and updation of tracker, MMR.
- Monitoring of vendor compliance, vendor scorecard.
- Handling moves and updation in the tool.
- Stock checking of consumables, ensuring tracker is updated daily and monitoring consumption pattern.
Cafeteria Services
- Ensure that the caterers are maintaining highest standards of hygiene in the services area.
- Ensure that the Pest control activities are done as per the schedule.
- Manage F&B operations in his daily operations and keep check on the vendor activities.
Events
- Coordination of the events with clients and vendors.
- Ensure that the approval for the events are taken well in advance and event details are shared in portal.
- Guidelines for the events as laid out by HCA are followed.
Vendor Invoicing. Checking of the vendor invoices for correctness and timely submission to the Finance. Manage the budget and the invoice processing and vendor payments.
General
- Overall coordination with all service providing vendors.
- Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Cafeteria etc and initiate immediate rectification actions
- Placing demand for the stationary and tracking the consumption BU wise.
- Organising activities such as carpet shampooing, façade cleaning and chair repairs.
- Identification of the snags and rectification and updation in the share folder.
