Qualifications
- MSW
- B.Ed.
- Clinical Psychologist
- Counselling Psychologist
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in a relevant field will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Candidates with experience in disability education, special education, child development, or rehabilitation will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct group-based educational and developmental sessions for 15–20 children with disabilities.
- Implement intervention plans using Urmi Foundation's structured curriculum.
- Work closely with families and the project team to support children's progress.
- Maintain documentation and participate in regular reviews.

Work Details
- Reporting Location: Mumbra Centre (Shankar Nagar Mandir Area)
- Training: Every Saturday at Urmi Foundation's Head Office (Kurla/Chembur)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Schedule: Two Saturdays working, two Saturdays off
- Weekly Off: All Sundays
- Holidays: Public holidays as declared by the organization
- Travel Reimbursement: As per actual expenses
