Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content such as reels, posts, stories, property videos, and marketing creatives.
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for project promotions and branding activities.
- Write creative captions, scripts, and marketing content for digital campaigns.
- Shoot and edit videos/photos for property showcases, client testimonials, and company branding.
- Stay updated with social media trends, real estate trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor social media insights, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Support lead generation activities through digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn marketing, Canva, AI Tools.
- Good communication and creative writing skills.
- Understanding of real estate marketing is preferred.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding aesthetics.
