Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land parcels for residential / commercial projects and building relationships with landowners, IPCs, and channel partners.

4. Relationship & Closing
Requirements:
5-8 years experience in Real Estate BD / Land
Knowledge of legal due diligence, revenue records
Good negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
