We are looking for an energetic and inspiring Motivation Speaker to engage students, educators, professionals, and corporate teams through impactful sessions. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate audiences, improve confidence, encourage personal growth, and support career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver motivational speeches, seminars, and workshops for schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and public events.
- Inspire audiences on topics such as goal setting, confidence building, leadership, career planning, emotional intelligence, and personal development.
- Customize presentations based on the audience's age group and objectives.
- Collaborate with psychologists, career counselors, and training teams to develop engaging content.
- Conduct interactive Q&A sessions and audience activities.
- Stay updated on current trends in education, career guidance, and personal development.
- Collect participant feedback and continuously improve session quality.
- Represent the organization professionally at conferences, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
- Support marketing activities by creating motivational content for social media, webinars, and promotional events.
- Travel to client locations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in public speaking, leadership training, coaching, or motivational speaking is an advantage.
Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in motivational speaking, training, coaching, counseling, or public speaking.
- Experience addressing school, college, or corporate audiences is preferred.
