Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Follow up with old leads and potential clients.
- Convert consultation inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Explain clinic treatments, packages, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain lead records and track daily conversions.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Clinic Coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling.
- Ability to achieve appointment booking and conversion targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in a skin clinic, cosmetic clinic, or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
Salary: Best in Industry + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
