We are looking for a passionate and experienced Reasoning Faculty to train students preparing for competitive examinations such as Banking, SSC, Railway, Insurance, CUET, CLAT, and other government recruitment exams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical techniques and shortcuts.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning to students preparing for competitive examinations.
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom and online sessions.
- Explain concepts using shortcut techniques, logical approaches, and exam-oriented strategies.
- Prepare study materials, notes, assignments, worksheets, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular topic-wise tests and analyze student performance.
- Identify weak students and provide personalized guidance.
- Resolve students’ doubts during and after class.
- Maintain attendance and academic progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head regarding syllabus completion and batch planning.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and reasoning question trends.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, demo classes, and student counseling sessions whenever required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
