Product Designer – UI/UX

Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Designer – UI/UX to design intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences for existing and future products. The ideal candidate should have strong product design experience rather than a purely graphic-design background.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user journeys, workflows, and product experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design mobile-first and responsive digital experiences.
- Build and maintain design systems, components, and reusable UI patterns.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers.
- Manage designs and prototypes in Figma.
- Provide clear developer handoffs and design specifications.
- Conduct usability improvements based on user feedback and product requirements.
- Support conversion and overall product experience improvements.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Strong understanding of design systems and developer handoff.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with experience in consumer-facing, D2C, e-commerce, marketplace, discovery, or digital products will be preferred.
Note: Pure graphic designers without product/UI-UX experience are not preferred
Pay: ₹411,295.63 - ₹558,515.81 per year
