Job Description
JS Global School is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Accounts Teacher to teach the Cambridge (IGCSE/AS/A Level) curriculum. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, fostering conceptual understanding, and supporting students in achieving academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Accounts according to the Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE/AS/A Level as applicable)
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
- Prepare students for internal assessments and Cambridge examinations
- Assess, record, and report on student progress
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent preferred)
- Experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum is an advantage
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and support students of varying abilities
