Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated OT Assistant to support surgical teams in the Operation Theatre. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience assisting in Maxillofacial and Orthopedic surgeries and possess a thorough understanding of OT protocols, sterilization procedures, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during Maxillofacial and Orthopedic surgeries.
- Ensure all surgical instruments, implants, and equipment are sterilized and readily available.
- Assist in patient positioning, shifting, and preparation for surgeries.
- Maintain OT cleanliness and adhere to infection control and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Handle and maintain surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Coordinate with the OT team, nursing staff, and CSSD for seamless surgical operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
