Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide information about the company’s products/services and address queries.
- Explain product features and benefits to generate interest.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Sallery: 13000+ incentive
