Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Execute daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer delivery dates without compromising on budget. [1, 2]
- Manpower Management: Distribute tasks across assembly lines, handle daily attendance, balance workloads, and provide training for new machine operators. [1]
- Quality Control: Inspect textile/garment output at various production stages and coordinate with Quality Control (QC) teams to prevent and resolve defects. [1, 2]
- Machine Maintenance: Monitor industrial equipment (e.g., looms, sewing machines), identify malfunctions, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of raw material usage, production output, and machinery efficiency to report to higher management. [1, 2]
- Safety Compliance: Enforce factory policies and ensure operators properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to minimize workplace hazards. [1]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
