Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead and deliver strategic projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination where applicable.
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive status updates.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, governance, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- 5–10 years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing IT, software development, digital transformation, or enterprise projects.
- Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
- Familiarity with risk management, change management, and PMO governance.
