Hiring: Procurement Manager – Solar EPC
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our growing Solar EPC team.
Experience Required: 6–7 years
Industry Preference: Utility-Scale Solar EPC / Renewable Energy
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of solar EPC materials and services.
- Source and develop reliable vendors and OEMs.
- Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate techno-commercial bids, and negotiate prices.
- Finalize purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Planning, Stores, and Finance teams.
- Monitor procurement schedules to support project timelines.
- Manage supplier performance, contracts, and warranty obligations.
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Procurement of solar modules, inverters, MMS, DC/AC cables, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, BOS, and civil materials etc.
- Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in utility-scale solar projects will be preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil).
- MBA in Supply Chain or Operations will be an added advantage.
Location: Pune HO

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
