We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and passionate Sociology Content Developer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong command over Sociology concepts (Classical & Modern Theories, Indian Society, Research Methodology, etc.) and prior experience in designing high-quality test series, MCQs, and descriptive content for exams like UGC NET, PGT, Assistant Professor, and UP GIC Mains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, authentic, and original question papers, test series, and detailed answer keys for Sociology competitive exams (UGC NET, PGT, GIC Mains, etc.).
- Descriptive & Objective Questions: Draft both objective (MCQs with explanations) and descriptive questions (as per Mains exam patterns and word limits).
- Quality & Accuracy Check: Review and proofread existing sociology study material, test papers, and syllabus tracking to ensure 100% conceptual accuracy.
- Syllabus Alignment: Align content precisely with the latest exam patterns, syllabus updates, and previous years' question trends.
- Explanations & Solutions: Provide clear, structured, and academically rich solutions with references to standard sociological thinkers and concepts.
Key Requirements & Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree (M.A.) in Sociology from a recognized university.
- Mandatory Qualification: UGC NET / JRF qualified in Sociology (Must).
- Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of Classical Sociological Thinkers (Karl Marx, Emile Durkheim, Max Weber, etc.) and Indian Thinkers (M.N. Srinivas, G.S. Ghurye, B.R. Ambedkar, Yogendra Singh, etc.).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written communication skills in Hindi & English (Bilingual preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of content writing, teaching, or test series creation for competitive Sociology exams is a plus (Freshers with strong NET scores are also welcome).
Pay: ₹9,166.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month
