Job Summary
Visko Group is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth for Remark HR, our HRMS and Recruitment Management platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and consultative selling. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients and schedule product demonstrations for Remark HR.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Present and explain Remark HR solutions to HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HR software solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the product and implementation teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Stay updated on HR technology trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Software Sales will be preferred.
- Lead generation and prospecting expertise.
- CRM knowledge (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, HRMS, ERP, Recruitment Services, or IT Sales.
- Experience in HR Technology or Software Sales is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of the HRMS, Recruitment, or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
