Jeweller Sales Executive
Job description :
Responsible for assisting cuving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store experience while maintaining showroom standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other jewellery

Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Engagement & Sales
a.Greet and welcome customers in the showroom.
b.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery.
c.Explain product features, purity, making charges, and offers clearly.
d.Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
2.Product Promotion & Upselling
a.Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and special schemes.
b.Cross-sell and up-sell products to increase average bill value.
c.Educate customers about Bhima Jewellerys quality standards and trust.
3.Customer Relationship Management
a.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat visits.
b.Collect customer details (database) and follow up for special occasions.
c.Handle customer complaints or queries politely and escalate when necessary.
4.Showroom Operations
a.Ensure counters and displays are well-arranged and clean.
b.Handle stock, tagging, and daily inventory as per company policy.
c.Coordinate with billing and back-office staff for smooth sales flow.
Prefer to Jewellery Experience.
Salary : 15 k to 35 k + incentive + Lunch provided by company.
