Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager for a field-based role. The candidate will be responsible for visiting different regions, building relationships, and generating admissions. This role requires regular travel, strong communication skills, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned regions to promote services and generate admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, consultants, and local partners
- Plan and execute field marketing activities and campaigns
- Achieve admission targets (minimum 500 admissions within a year)
- Track daily activities and submit regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in field marketing or admissions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
