Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director in daily business operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the Director
- Draft professional emails, reports, and business correspondence
- Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings) and follow up on action points
- Handle travel arrangements, schedules, and itineraries
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain important documents, records, and MIS reports
- Assist in business operations and administrative tasks
- Prioritize tasks and ensure timely execution of assignments
- Support the Director in strategic and day-to-day activities
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong email drafting and coordination skills
- Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience as EA/PA/Coordinator preferred

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
