- Lead and manage the HR department and junior HR executivesDevelop HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters
- Handle employee engagement and grievance resolutionConduct HR training and onboarding sessions
- Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Supervise hiring activities and interview coordination
- Monitor workforce planning and manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports
- Payroll & Employee Management
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary structures
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HRMIS systems
- Handle leave management and attendance systems
- Ensure proper issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities Statutory Compliance & Government Registrations :
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labour law compliances
- Manage employee insurance registrations and compliance documentation
- Coordinate government registrations and departmental filings
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and reports
- Maintain compliance with Shops & Establishment Act and labour regulations
- Liaise with consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required Legal & Compliance Responsibilities
- Maintain HR compliance records and audit documentation
- Ensure company compliance with Indian labour laws
- Handle HR-related legal documentation and notices
- Monitor workplace policies and code of conduct implementation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
