Job Description: Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking meeting rooms/virtual platforms, and sharing training calendars
- Liaise with trainers, managers, and participants to ensure smooth execution of training programs
- Track attendance, maintain training records, and update learning management systems or trackers
- Monitor training completion status and follow up with stakeholders on pending activities
- Support onboarding and new hire training coordination activities
- Collect participant feedback and assist in identifying areas for process or training improvement
- Generate training reports and dashboards for leadership review
