The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and expanding the company’s solar product distribution business, including solar modules, inverters, cables, and distribution boxes. This role involves driving revenue growth, building a strong distribution network, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious business targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for solar product distribution.
- Drive revenue growth and market share across target regions.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
- Build and expand a robust dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize business.
- Ensure efficient product availability and market penetration.
- Lead sales for solar modules, inverters, cables, and distribution boxes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, installers, and large customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, or industrial products.
- Proven track record in distribution/channel sales.
- Strong understanding of solar products and market dynamics.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
