We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and visa procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Suggest suitable tour packages based on client requirements and budget
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel plans
- Coordinate hotel, transport, flight, and activity bookings
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and visa regulations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala
