Job Summary
The Supervisor – Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of park facilities, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and civil infrastructure. The role involves supervising the maintenance team, ensuring timely repairs, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities across the park.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, civil, and mechanical maintenance work.
- Allocate duties and supervise the maintenance team.
- Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of rides, equipment, and facilities.
- Inspect park infrastructure and identify repair requirements.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance work when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Minimize equipment downtime through effective planning and execution.
- Support other departments during events and operational requirements.
