ABOUT THE ROLE:
BlackBen Technology is looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can independently develop design concepts for social media, branding, and digital marketing across our India and UAE client accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design social media creatives — posters, reels thumbnails, and stories for multiple clients
- Create branding materials — logos, brand kits, business cards, letterheads
- Develop original design concepts independently from a brief
- Maintain brand consistency across all client accounts
- Work with the digital marketing and video team
- Use AI design tools to improve production speed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong command of Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory)
- Proficient in Canva
- Basic Figma knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
- Independently creative — must be able to design from a written brief without needing a reference image
- Able to manage multiple client brands simultaneously
- Punctual, deadline-driven, and communicates clearly
