Role Summary:
We are looking for a performance-oriented E-commerce Ads Expert who can handle end-to-end marketplace advertising and growth operations on Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate should have strong expertise in managing high-budget ad campaigns, improving product rankings, maintaining target ACOS, and managing marketplace operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and optimize Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns while handling monthly ad budgets of ₹7–10 Lakhs efficiently.
- Improve product rankings and marketplace sales through strategic keyword targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis while maintaining ACOS targets around 10%.
- Handle end-to-end responsibility for marketplace operations including stock management, sales tracking, reporting, and coordination for smooth e-commerce operations.
Job Specifications:-
- Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate in any stream
- Preference will be given to candidates with E-commerce or Digital Marketing certifications
Work Experience :
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon & Flipkart advertising
- Experience in handling high-budget marketplace ad accounts
Skills Required :
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads
- Expertise in ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, keyword ranking, and campaign optimization
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management
- Knowledge of marketplace inventory and stock management
- Ability to analyze sales and advertising performance data

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
