We are looking for a creative, analytical and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Manager who can take ownership of our digital presence and help us build a strong B2B brand in the Tensile Structures & PEB industry.

What You'll Own
- Build and execute digital marketing strategies to strengthen our online presence.
- Plan, run and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for quality lead generation.
- Generate qualified B2B leads and work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Create engaging content — posts, reels, videos, campaigns and promotional creatives.
- Handle SEO, website content and basic website optimization.
- Track campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, conversions and ROI.
- Prepare marketing reports and turn data into actionable strategies.
- Research competitors, market trends and new digital opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and business conversions.
What We're Looking For
You should have:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & Social Media Marketing.
- Understanding of Lead Generation & Performance Marketing.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console & Meta Business Suite.
- Good content creation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop or similar tools.
- A creative mindset with a strong data-driven approach.
- Ability to independently plan, execute and optimize campaigns.
Bonus Points If You Know Our Industry
Experience in B2B, Construction, PEB, Tensile Structures, Infrastructure or Building Materials will be a big advantage.
