Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, brainstorming innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications you develop are user-friendly and meet the needs of the end-users. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance their functionality and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve application usability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
