We are hiring an Assistant Manager for a leading QSR brand to handle multi-outlet operations, team management, service standards, and overall restaurant performance.
Locations: KOLKATA, VIZAG, HYDERABAD
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across multiple outlets
- Ensure customer service, food quality & SOP compliance
- Handle team supervision, manpower & inventory management
- Conduct outlet visits, audits & resolve operational issues
- Support staff training and business growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduation mandatory
- 7–8 years of experience in QSR operations
- Multi-outlet handling experience preferred
- Willingness to travel within the city
Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 CTC/month
