Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, AI-driven Growth & SEO Specialist to lead our digital growth initiatives.
You will work directly with the business owner to improve our online presence, increase qualified leads, grow organic traffic, optimize our website, and help generate more repair orders.

Your Mission

Core Responsibilities ::
Website Management
- Maintain and continuously improve our company website.
- Create new service pages and local landing pages.
- Update promotions, pricing, and business information.
- Improve website user experience and conversion rates.
- Add images, videos, FAQs, and structured content.
- Improve internal linking.
- Optimize website performance.
- Research and implement backlink opportunities.
- Perform keyword optimization across the website.
Local SEO & Organic Growth
- Perform keyword research.
- Research local competitors.
- Optimize Google Business Profile.
- Improve Google Maps visibility.
- Build local citations.
- Optimize location/service pages.
- Create SEO-friendly content.
- Write optimized meta titles and descriptions.
- Implement structured data (Schema Markup).
- Conduct SEO audits.
- Monitor rankings using Google Search Console.
AI & Content Operations
Use AI every day to improve productivity and quality.
Create:
- SEO blog articles
- Landing pages
- FAQs
- Email newsletters
- Google Business Profile posts
- Facebook posts
- Instagram posts
- LinkedIn posts
- Website content
- AI-generated marketing assets
Research and recommend new AI tools and workflows that improve business efficiency.

Google Business Profile
Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile by:
- Publishing regular posts
- Uploading photos
- Updating services
- Managing Q&A
- Responding to customer reviews
- Improving local visibility
Social Media
Help create and publish content for:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Shorts
- Reels
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report:
- Organic traffic
- Local keyword rankings
- Google Maps visibility
- Website performance
- Phone calls
- Appointment requests
- Lead generation
- Google review growth
- Conversion improvements
Submit a clear weekly KPI report with recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and Local SEO.
- Comfortable managing websites using modern website platforms, CMS tools, static sites, or AI-assisted web development tools.
- Strong AI prompting skills (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
- Experience with Canva.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GitHub, Render, Vercel, Netlify, or similar deployment platforms.

- 1–3 years preferred.

- Monday–Friday
- Minimum 3–4 hours overlap with Dallas, Texas business hours for meetings and collaboration.
Salary
₹40,000–₹80,000 per month
