Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Design, and Maintenance departments for smooth production flow.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management requirements.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and work instructions.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate material availability.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and good manufacturing practices.
- Support new product development and process optimization initiatives.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of fabrication, machining, assembly, and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of production planning and process control.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing automotive workshop equipment, hydraulic systems, lifting equipment, or industrial machinery.
- Exposure to export-oriented manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹19,734.76 - ₹35,000.00 per month
