Vacant Position:- MIS Executive Back Office
An MIS (Management Information System) Executive collects, cleans and analyzes business data to generate actionable reports. They bridge the gap between raw data and management strategy, ensuring decision-makers have accurate operational metrics. This core role involves building dashboards, maintaining databases, and verifying data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Operations).
- Report Generation: Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance summaries.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain visual performance dashboards and trackers.
- Analysis & Insights: Analyze data trends to assist upper management in tracking key metrics and making data-driven business decisions.
- Data Integrity: Identify reporting gaps, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Work experience & educational qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years as MIS Executive or related.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related quantitative field.
Essential Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Shortcut Keys, Duplicate, Macros) is mandatory. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to spot patterns, interpret complex data, and solve problems.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data handling and quality control.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary:- Rs.18,000-25,000/- pm + PF and others (negotiable)
