Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Management
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Configure and manage routers, managed switches, wireless access points, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability across all locations.
- Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN configurations.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
- Maintain IT inventory and system documentation.
Network & Security
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls.
- Manage network security policies, VPN connectivity, and user access.
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to IT security best practices and organizational policies.
Technical Support
- Provide Level-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support employee onboarding, device configuration, and user account management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, System Administration, or Technical Support.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Management.
- Hands-on expertise in Network Administration.
- Mandatory: Experience in Firewall Administration and Troubleshooting.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Sophos Firewall configuration, deployment, VPN setup, security policies, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, LAN/WAN, VPNs, and Network Security.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
