Job Title: Relationship Manager (Voice+Backoffice)

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 in-hand
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year experience
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries
Maintain CRM records and client interaction details
Manage follow-ups, appointments, and renewal reminders
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Professional and client-focused approach
Ability to multitask and manage CRM entries efficiently
