Role Expectations:
- Collaborate with US-based civil engineers on land development and site design projects.
- Assist in preparing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management designs, and utility routing.
- Perform engineering calculations and ensure technical accuracy in all design deliverables.
- Utilize CAD software to develop detailed construction drawings and design documentation
- Adapt quickly to international project requirements, workflows, and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in civil site engineering, land development, or structural site design. (Less experienced candidates with strong potential will also be considered).
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering design software.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), as you will be collaborating daily with a US team
Bonus Qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with US engineering standards and codes (e.g.,
- ASCE, AISC, or local US municipal codes) is highly preferred and will be given top priority.
- Experience working with international clients or offshore engineering teams
