Job Overview:
Rational Business Corporation is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Coordinator for outbound calling operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, generating leads, coordinating with customers, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements
- Maintain client database and daily calling reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling
- Ability to manage client coordination efficiently
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Experience in telecalling/outbound sales preferred
Pay: ₹11,433.22 - ₹31,173.08 per month
