Job Description – Quality Control / Site Supervisor
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Working Days: 6 Days – Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks at residential interior project sites.
- Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved designs and specifications.
- Inspect modular furniture, carpentry, civil, electrical, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Identify quality issues, defects, and execution gaps and ensure timely rectification.
- Check site measurements, materials, workmanship, and finishing quality.
- Coordinate with designers, project coordinators, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and timelines.
- Maintain site inspection records and provide regular updates to the management.
- Ensure proper execution as per company quality standards and project requirements.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Quality Control / Site Supervision.
- Interior Design background and residential interior experience are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of residential interior execution and modular works.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of materials, measurements, and finishing standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Only candidates with relevant residential interior design experience will be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
