As we continue to expand across the city, we are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduates to join our Projects Team and assist in the successful execution of new construction, renovation, and fit-out projects across our outlets.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and interior fit-out projects. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh Civil Engineering graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in project execution, site coordination, and quality management within the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to project sites, coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed according to project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the execution and monitoring of construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Assist in material tracking, inventory coordination, and site logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Identify site issues and escalate concerns to the Project Manager when required.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure proper documentation of work completed and maintain project records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply (0–1 year of experience).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Bengaluru.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Language Requirements
- Hindi is mandatory for effective communication with site teams and contractors.
- Knowledge of Kannada or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or academic project experience in construction or project execution.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
