Role Overview :
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Pre-Sales team. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and plays a crucial role in shaping the initial customer experience.
As part of a structured sales funnel, this role goes beyond basic front office responsibilities. You will be actively involved in understanding customer requirements in depth, building initial rapport, filtering and qualifying leads, and preparing them for successful conversion. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and contributes directly to improving the quality of closures.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming customer inquiries and conduct structured initial conversations to understand requirements
Build strong rapport with customers and guide them through the initial stages of the sales journey
Gather, analyse, and document relevant client information accurately
Engage with leads over a defined cycle to assess seriousness, intent, and project viability
Perform lead filtering and qualification to convert raw inquiries into high-quality prospects
Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare quotations, project estimates, and basic sketches
Ensure that all necessary customer data and project inputs are prepared before transferring leads to the sales team
Work closely with the sales team and support them through the deal closure process
Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams
Ensure disciplined CRM updates and process adherence to avoid lead leakage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and coordination abilities
Ability to understand customer intent and assess lead quality
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus (not mandatory)
Freshers with the right attitude and learning mindset are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage
