Role Objective
To promote and support sales of advanced neurovascular products (stroke intervention devices) by building strong relationships with doctors, cath labs, and hospitals, and assisting in clinical case support and government business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor & Hospital Engagement
- Identify and meet:
- Interventional Neurologists
- Neuro Radiologists
- Neurosurgeons
- Promote company products in Cath Labs and Neuro departments
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
2. Case Support & Coordination
- Be present during procedures (when required)
- Coordinate with company clinical specialists
- Ensure product availability during emergency stroke cases
3. Sales & Business Development
- Generate product trials and initial adoption
- Follow up for repeat usage
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
4. Government & Institutional Work
- Coordinate with:
- Medical colleges
- District hospitals
- Assist in:
- Product approvals
- Trial documentation
- Tender participation
5. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity (Medtronic, Stryker, etc.)
- Share feedback from doctors
- Identify new hospitals with cath lab setup
6. Logistics & Inventory Coordination
- Ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain minimum stock for emergency cases
- Coordinate with internal team for dispatch
Must Have:
- Graduate (Science preferred, but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of medical/pharma sales experience (preferred)
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Good to Have:
- Experience in:
- Critical care / surgical / cardiology products
- Basic understanding of hospital workflows
Pay: ₹9,748.75 - ₹33,790.65 per month
