We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students choose the right course.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively
- Counsel students about courses (Spoken English, Personality Development, etc.)
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain student records and follow-up database
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
