Summary
Role: Engagement Manager at Espalier.ai
- The EM at Espalier.ai will own the end-to-end execution of AI-led consulting and product programs at Espalier.ai
o Lead and scale all client delivery and program execution across Espalier’s consulting and product engagements
o Establish a modern, AI-augmented delivery model that redefines traditional consulting execution
Required Background & Experience:
- Has 8-12 years of consulting experience
- Has experience in leading and delivering large programs/ products/ projects across Strategy, M&A and Private Equity
- Has a track record now for -
o embedding AI into solution/ offerings design
o embedding AI into consulting/ project/ program/ product delivery
o building & scaling capability pools to drive an AI augmented consulting organization – consulting professionals, domain experts, engineers/ data scientists, AI tool sets, delivery workflows etc.
- Experience in applying AI to internal operations (preferred). For e.g. this may include:
o Program management automation
o Resource planning
o Knowledge management
o Performance management
- Strong academic background
o MBA or advanced technical degrees strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
