Job Summary
The Front Office Associate welcomes guests, handles check-ins and check-outs, manages reservations, answers inquiries, and provides excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain front desk records and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations (freshers may also be considered).
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience with systems such as:
Salary Range (India)
- Fresher: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
- Experienced (1–3 years): ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month
- Higher at luxury hotels and major chains.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
